Chocolate Cake Recipe

Make Full batch of 30 cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl mixt together:

1 Can full fat coconut milk

4 eggs

1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 cup water

1 T apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons vanilla

Add in “paleo chocolate cake mix” and mix thoroughly
Divide mix between 24 cupcake molds lined with papers

Bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean

OR pour into three 9” round pans

OR one 9”/13” pan (plus 6 cupcakes)

(greased and lined with parchment paper)

Depending on size of pan bake for 35-45 mins

(check every 5 mins towards the end)
