Chocolate Cake Recipe
Make Full batch of 15 cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl mixt together:
1/2 Can full fat coconut milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup water
1/2 T apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoons vanilla
Add in “paleo chocolate cake mix” and mix thoroughly
Divide mix between 15 cupcake molds lined with papers
Bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
OR pour into two 8” round pans
OR one 8x8” pan (plus 6 cupcakes)
(greased and lined with parchment paper)
Depending on size of pan bake for 30-45 mins
(check every 5 mins towards the end)
